DME Express is seeking a friendly, patient and courteous individuals to serve as Customer Service Representatives assisting our customers in processing online and telephone orders of medical equipment.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Answer incoming phone calls & process customer phone orders.
- Monitor online order activity & process online orders.
- Relay orders to delivery technicians to expedite deliveries/pickups.
- Assess customer needs and provide solutions the company can fulfill.
- Resolve any miscommunication issues and service failures that may arise.
- Perform daily data entry and weekly & monthly reporting.
- Provide other clerical & administrative duties as assigned.
- 2 years Customer Service Experience.
- 1+ years healthcare industry experience (preferred).
- Excellent verbal / phone communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Windows.
