DME Express is seeking a friendly, patient and courteous individuals to serve as Customer Service Representatives assisting our customers in processing online and telephone orders of medical equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls & process customer phone orders.
• Monitor online order activity & process online orders.
• Relay orders to delivery technicians to expedite deliveries/pickups.
• Assess customer needs and provide solutions the company can fulfill.
• Resolve any miscommunication issues and service failures that may arise.
• Perform daily data entry and weekly & monthly reporting.
• Provide other clerical & administrative duties as assigned.


• 2 years Customer Service Experience.
• 1+ years healthcare industry experience (preferred).
• Excellent verbal / phone communication skills.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office & Windows.
