Mark Borneleit
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Mark Borneleit is one of the founders of DME Express and serves as the company’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mr. Borneleit has over 25 years of finance, healthcare and operating experience. In addition to serving as CEO of DME Express and building one of the nation’s largest hospice DME providers, Mr. Borneleit has also held executive level positions in finance and business development for a $100+ million revenue, multi-state hospice provider. Prior to his career in the DME and hospice industries, Mr. Borneleit spent 12 years as an institutional investor and investment banker, securing capital to fund growth and acquisition opportunities for rapidly growing, privately held companies.
Curtis Spencer
PRESIDENT
Curtis Spencer is one of the founders of DME Express and serves as the company’s President. Mr. Spencer has over 25 years of healthcare sales & marketing, business development and operating experiences. Prior to developing one of the nation’s largest hospice DME companies, Mr. Spencer held a senior management role with a $200 million, 20+ facility nursing home chain. Mr. Spencer began his healthcare career with Beverly Enterprises (now Golden Living) as an Area Director of Sales and Marketing, with responsibility for increasing the occupancy of a dozen long-term care facilities.
Andy Gremillion
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Andy Gremillion joined DME Express shortly after the company’s formation and has been instrumental in scaling the business, hiring and training managers, and overseeing every aspect of the operations needed to support the company’s rapid growth. During Mr. Gremillion’s tenure with the company, DME Express has expanded from serving an average daily census of 500 patients to over 17,000 patients. Mr. Gremillion has over 15 years of management experience in healthcare and information technology. Prior to his role managing operations for DME Express, Mr. Gremillion spent 5 years in IT and communications consulting, including management and sales roles with AT&T.
Jason Harms
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Jason Harms joined DME Express in 2018 and serves as the company’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Harms has over 25 years of experience in healthcare accounting, finance and operating experience and over 20 year of experience in the hospice industry. Prior to joining DME Express, Mr. Harms spent the last 24 years with Beverly Enterprises (now Golden Living), one of the nation’s largest nursing home companies. His most recent role with Golden Living was serving as CFO and COO of the company’s hospice subsidiary, AseraCare, a 3,000 census, $140 million revenue, multi-state hospice provider.
